Washing and sorting machine for early potatoes
One example of our innovations for potatoes is the washing and sorting machine for early potatoes. These potatoes have a very thin skin. A conventional washing and sorting device dam
ages this skin which impacts shelf life.
We have developed a washing basin in which the potatoes are cleaned by soaking, washing and rinsing without damaging them.
Directly following this, the potatoes are sorted, whereby the potato will only fall once from a minimal height. The potatoes are then collected in crates.
